A Day in the Life of a SCI-Arc Student

SCI-Arc is one of TinDragon’s oldest clients. We help the SCI-Arc Channel produce videos about the school (such as a doc-series on the school's 50th anniversary), profiles about local artists and architects, and digital commercials. A Day in the Life of a SCI-Arc student is an experimental video profile that captures the aesthetics of attending the school. We worked with the SCI-Arc Channel Team to achieve their vision. Based on a series of storyboards, we turned the concept into a shot list and created an actionable production schedule. We filmed the video in one day. We then edited the video together, employing match-cuts, jump-cuts, and flash frames to achieve the glitchy style that we’ve helped SCI-Arc build over the years.
